Our company was founded in 1995 as the ‘Paradise Shrimp Company’ specializing in fresh gulf pink shrimp and continues to thrive. Today, our company is a full service seafood and gourmet market offering the freshest seafood available in Southwest Florida. In addition to offering a complete line of world-class fresh seafood, our company manufactures over thirty ready-to-eat and ready-to-heat gourmet seafood products under our own Paradise Seafood Market label. Visitors to the shop can sample many of these products including our new Spicy Marlin Spread and classic, best selling New England Lobsta’ Dip.
The well-stocked market offers everything from appetizer to dessert, and our expert staff will help you put it all together.
We also closely monitor the environmental issues and regulations affecting fishery resources and seafood safety. We support sustainable fishery programs and oppose illegal fishing and aquaculture methods that are detrimental to the environment. We carry preservative free wild gulf pink shrimp, chemical free sea scallops, organically farmed and wild salmon, and pasteurized oysters. All of our products are manufactured under the FDA HACCP food safety program and we welcome questions from customers on fishery resource and seafood safety issues.
Over the years, the management team has stuck with the mission to offer the world’s best seafood products right here on Marco Island. As of October 2007, Chef Scott Young, his wife Nancy and their awesome team have taken over this important responsibility and are excited to make it better-than-ever!
