Tripletail is considered by many to be equal or similar to a red snapper or grouper. The flesh is firm & white with flaky, sweet meat. It's a delicious fish with incredible natural flavor.

Mahi Mahi
Mahi mahi is semi-mild & sweet tasting. It's similar to halibut in terms of flakiness, but also similar to swordfish in its denseness.

Hogfish fillet's have a mild flavor that is a combination of flavor & texture because they are sweeter than grouper & have a flakier texture than mahi mahi. Hogfish primarily feed on crustaceans, the fillets take on a taste that is reminiscent of scallops or lobster.
