Chef Scott has more than 20 years of Culinary experience, having served as Head Chef at the Café De Marco and for 7 years as Chef and Manager of the Paradise Shrimp Company. Nancy Young has worked in the food service industry for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in creating a positive customer experience!
